The International Fantastic Film Week “Costa del Sol”, with its name change in past editions, tries to cover activities throughout the province of Malaga and offer top-quality cinematographic events, as well as projections, fundamental basis of any festival, conferences are scheduled , book presentations, Poker Tournaments, Gastronomic Days, Exhibitions, editions of comics and dvds., a great festival that unites the whole province through the cinematographic culture, the localities that this festival currently includes are: Estepona, Benahavis, Manilva , Marbella, San Pedro de Alcántara and the capital Malaga, immersed in the preparation of its XV Edition to celebrate from 13 to 20 September 2014, has become a festival of brief but intense history that has brought the Costa de Sol closer to other countries, and its activities have been extended to Spanish cities such as Madrid (Salón del Comic), Barcelona (Salón del comic), Granada (RetroBack), Seville (European Film Festival), Sitges (Catalonia Festival) or internationals such as Argentina (Film Festival of Mar del Plata, Buenos Aires and Ushuaia), Brazil (Recife – Instituto Cervantes) or Portugal (Festival Oporto).
